New CEO of the Vienna Stock Exchange as of 1 September 2016

As of today, Christoph Boschan will join the Management Board of Wiener Börse AG and its holding CEESEG AG as the new CEO. Previously, Boschan held positions at Börse Stuttgart GmbH and EUWAX AG as the joint CEO and board member respectively.
Together with Ludwig Nießen (COO and CTO) and Petr Koblic (CFO), who were appointed on 1 June 2016, the Management Board is now complete and fully operational. All three of them form the management teams at the CEESEG as well its subsidiaries, the Vienna Stock Exchange and the Prague Stock Exchange.
Impact on investors: As of 1 September 2016 the Management Board of the VSE is fully operational
