The CCP.CEE go-live date was officially announced today. Following the completion of the last user acceptance tests, the management of CCP.A and the CCP.CEE project team decided to schedule the go-live for Monday 15 April 2013 in the Austrian market.
The new CCP.CEE will replace the Central Counterparty Austria (CCP.A). CCP.CEE will use a new Swift based system. In addition the file format currently used by the CCP.A will be supported for the time being. Agent and Principle positions will be settled separately in the new environment.
CCP.A will arrange a Member Meeting on:
- Thursday, May 2nd, 2013 in Vienna and;
- Friday, May 3rd, 2013 in London – please save the date.
Impact on investors: As of 15 April 2013 trades executed on the Vienna Stock Exchange by its members will be cleared against the CCP.CEE and the new Fee Schedule of CCP.CEE will be applicable for all Members of the Vienna Stock Exchange.
