The Bulgarian Privatisation and Post-Privatisation Control Agency has published an official announcement on the commencement of a limited tender for the preparation of legal status analyses, information memorandums and privatisation valuations for the privatisation of the state-owned stakes in the capital of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD-Sofia (BSE) and the Central Depository AD (CDAD).
Proposals for participation can be submitted until 6 January 2014.
