CDAD Provides Draft Operating Instructions for SCS and RFI

The Bulgarian Central Depository AD (CDAD) has prepared a draft version of the Operating Instructions for the System for Clearing and Settlement (SCS) and the Register of Financial Instruments (RFI), which are to be binding for all CDAD members. The Operating Instructions have been sent to the Association of Banks in Bulgaria (ABB) for review by the Association’s member banks. The Operating Instructions contain all instruction templates and the operating schedule for the SCS and RFI. More details will be provided with the October 2013 edition of UniCredit GSS Newsletter.

Impact on investors:  The draft version of the Operating Instructions for the System for Clearing and Settlement and the Register of financial instruments provided by CDAD is to bring details of the overall future communication framework by CDAD and its members.
