Please be informed that Thursday, 3 March 2016 will be a public holiday (Liberation Day) and Friday, 4 March 2016 will be a non-working day in Bulgaria.
With this regard, according to decision of the Bulgarian Government, CSD, stock exchange and other market participants will be operating according to following schedule:
Thursday, 3 March 2016, public holiday
- BSE, CDAD and BNB will be closed; no trading and settlement will take place.
Friday, 4 March 2016, non-working day
- BSE, CDAD and BNB will be closed; no trading and settlement will take place.
Saturday, 12 March 2016, working day
- Settlement at the BNB, CDAD and RINGS will take place normally, however there will be no trading on BSE.
The standard T+2 securities settlement cycle in Bulgaria will be affected as follows:

Impact on investors: 3 – 4 March 2016 will be non-working days and Saturday, 12 March 2016 will be a working day in Bulgaria. The settlement of clients’ instructions during forthcoming public holidays period will be executed by UniCredit Bulbank GSS subject to conditions mentioned above.
