New ZSE and CE Enter Market rules approved

On 27 December 2017 the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) approved the new Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

The new ZSE Rules will establish the legal framework aligned with the MIFID II regulation, i.e. Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 on markets in financial instruments and changes of the Regulation No 648/2012 with the associated delegated and implemented acts.

The new Rules are available on the ZSE website (only in Croatian) and will take effect on 3 January 2018.

Additionally, in order to comply with MIFID II and the amendment to the ZSE Rules, the CE Enter Rules have also been amended.

New CE Enter Rules, available at the CE Enter website (only in Croatian), will also take effect on 3 January 2018.

Impact on investors: New ZSE and CE Enter Rules will become effective as of 3 January 2018.
