After SKDD-CCP Smart Clear d.d. (SKDD-CCP) submitted the application for authorization to provide services of a central counterparty in accordance with the Regulation (EU) no 648/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2012 on OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories, SKDD-CCP received the conclusion from Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) on 9 February 2015, which requested certain amendments of provided documents.
Due to the requested amendments, prearranged go live in April 2015 will be postponed. SKDD-CCP is expected to provide additional information as soon as available.
