The SKDD-CCP Smart Clear project further aligns with EMIR and reports a successful test run
Following our previous notifications, SKDD-CCP Smart Clear d.d., pursuant to the conclusion of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA), submitted to HANFA the requested amendments and additional documentation relating to the CSDD–CCP’s issuing of approvals for the provision of central counterparty services.
In addition, an external testing of the SKDD-CCP system was carried out successfully. The test was attended by the Zagreb Stock Exchange, the Central Depository and Clearing Company, the Croatian National Bank and all potential interested CCP members.
