ZSE confirmed the operational details on obligatory OTC Transactions Reporting coming into force as of 12 July 2013

After the announcement that the Ordinance on the Type of Financial Instruments Listed in the Market and the Value of Transactions that are Subject to OTC Transaction Reporting will come into force as of 12 July 2013, Zagreb Stock Exchange published on 9 July 2013, operational procedures with respect to obligatory OTC Transactions Reporting, available on the ZSE’s webpage: http://www.zse.hr/default.aspx?id=46584.

ZSE is offering the OTC Transaction Reporting via web interface (ZSE OTC Service) to all parties responsible to report OTC Transactions via the ZSE’s website https://services.zse.hr/otc.

Any OTC Transaction concluded during daily ZSE’s trading sessions can be reported between 9:00 CET and 16:00 CET. Transactions concluded between 15:45 CET and 16:00 CET can be reported between 9:00 CET and 9:30 CET on the following trading day. Transactions concluded after 16:00 CET can be reported between 9:00 CET and 9:30 CET on the following trading day.

When signing a contract, users can choose one of two billing models: a fixed billing model and a per-transaction billing model. In the fixed billing model, members of the ZSE can opt for a fixed annual charge for equities only (HRK 3.845), for other financial instruments (HRK 3.845) or for all financial instruments (HRK 6.150). For non-members clients, the annual charge for equities is HRK 4.800, for other financial instruments HRK 4.800 or for all financial instruments HRK 7.690. If ZSE members select a per-transaction billing model, then the client is charged HRK 80 per OTC Transaction Reporting. Non-members clients will be charged HRK 100 per single OTC Transaction Reporting. The fee payable for the flat rate model will be charged once a year. The per-transaction model charge is calculated and invoiced monthly, for OTC Transactions reported during the previous month. The value date of the invoice is 10 days after the invoice has been issued.

Clients who would like to use the ZSE OTC Service should submit a filled form of Application with Terms and conditions of use to the following e-mail trzista@zse.hr, after which you will be delivered with user data enabling OTC Transactions Reporting.
