Pursuant to the notification published by the Zagreb Stock Exchange as of 4 July 2013, trading of Zagrebacka banka d.d. (ISIN HRZABARA0009), Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. (ISIN HRPBZ0RA0004) and Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d. (ISIN HRRIBAO177A1, ISIN HRRIBAO17BA8) was suspended due to the verdict of the trial court on the lawsuit filed by the association “Potrošač” against eight commercial banks concerning loans in Swiss francs (CHF).

The suspension was in effect until issuers provided ZSE with the official notification and the contents of the first-instance verdict of the Zagreb Commercial Court, in order to provide fair trading for all investors. 

The ZSE resumed trading today, 5 July 2013.
