Following the verdict of the trial court on the lawsuit filed by the association “Potrošač” against eight commercial banks with respect to loans in Swiss francs (CHF), dated 4 July 2013, ZSE has temporarily suspended the trading in Zagrebacka banka d.d. (ISIN HRZABARA0009), Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. (ISIN HRPBZ0RA0004) and Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d. (ISIN HRRIBAO177A1, ISIN HRRIBAO17BA8).

The suspension comes into effect as of today, until Issuers provide ZSE with the official notification and the contents of the first-instance verdict of Zagreb Commercial Court, in order to provide fair trading for all investors.  

Impact on investors: Zagrebacka banka d.d. (ISIN HRZABARA0009), Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. (ISIN HRPBZ0RA0004) and Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d. (ISIN HRRIBAO177A1, ISIN HRRIBAO17BA8) are temporarily suspended from trading, until further notice.
