UniCredit GSS Czech Republic performed a complete test of its back-up site and of the availability of the various utilities, including full relocation of critical staff and operations from the primary to the back-up site.

The relocation and the restart of all relevant systems from the back-up site were performed within one hour, below the set Recovery Time Objective. The back-up workstations were connected to the bank's network, enabling verification of the standard configuration and all critical applications, as well as the operability of the network connection.

All tests were completed successfully and we can confirm our capability to perform all of our daily business operations from the back-up site.

Impact on investors: The successful BCP test supports the mitigation of operational risks associated with the operations in UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s. The BCP test helps to assess the system processing capabilities in order to respond to contingency events that can potentially disrupt business operations.
