Please be advised that the TIEA between the Commonwealth of the Bahamas and the Czech Republic was published in the Collection of International Treaties under No. 20/2015. This Agreement was signed on March 6, 2014 in Nassau.
The object of the agreement is the exchange of information relating to all applicable taxes established by the laws of the contraction parties.
The Agreement entered into force based on article 15 on April 2, 2015 and its provisions shall have effect in criminal case since April 2, 2015 and in other matters since January 1, 2016.
This agreement will enable the competent authorities of both contracting states to request all information required for the proper detection, assessment and payment of taxes.
