Please be advised that the Ministry of Finance published the following list of countries with which the Czech Republic signed valid Tax Information Exchange Agreements (TIEA):
- British Virgin Islands – Valid from December 19, 2012 and enters into force based on Article 16 of the TIEA
- Jersey – Valid from March 14, 2012 and enters into force based on Article 14 of the TIEA
- Bermuda – Valid from March 14, 2012 and enters into force based on Article 15 of the TIEA
- Island of Man – Valid from May 18, 2012 and enters into force based on Article 14 of the TIEA
- Guernsey – Valid from July 9, 2012 and enters into force based on Article 16 of the TIEA
- San Marino – Valid from September 6, 2012 and enters into force based on Article 15 of the TIEA
