The Czech Central Security Depository (CSD) has announced that the last accounting day of the year 2014 will be 31 December, and 2 January will be the first accounting day of the year 2015. Wednesday, 31 December 2014 will not be an Exchange day and the Exchange trading system XETRA® will not be in operation. However, functioning of the Central Securities Depository (CSD) will not be restricted and all services will run according to the settlement time schedule:

1) registration of the OTC trades and transfers with trading date 31 December 2014,

2) settlement of the Exchange trades and OTC trades and transfers,

3) CSD’s services (borrowing, modification services, on-line services, receiving and withdrawing foreign securities).

Detailed information on the adjusted time schedule of the last accounting day of the year 2014 will be provided in the second half of December 2014 by the Czech Central Security Depository (CSD).

Impact on investors: 31 December 2014 and 2 January 2015 have been announced as the last and the first accounting day, respectively. However, on 31 December the Exchange Trading System XETRA® will not be available.
