Please be informed that Saturday, 13 December 2014 is set as an extra working day in Hungary, replacing Wednesday 24 December 2014, which will be an extra public holiday in accordance with the local practice.
On Saturday, 13 December 2014 the banks, KELER and KELER CCP will be open and UniCredit Bank Hungary and both KELER and KELER CCP are operating with shortened deadlines. Free of payment securities transfers will be processed between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. CET, whereas versus payment transactions can be settled between 8:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. CET in KELER.
As a result, UniCredit Bank Hungary will accept client instructions for guaranteed same day settlement on this day until 2:00 p.m. CET in case of free transactions and by 1:30 p.m. CET for versus payment settlement. Further information on the forthcoming holidays in December will be released in a separate Newsflash in due course.
Impact on investors: Banks, KELER, KELER CCP will be open on 13 December 2014. Trading on Budapest Stock Exchange or on MTS will not be possible on the extra working day.
