Please be informed that Friday, 15 March 2013 will be a national holiday in Hungary; therefore the banks, the Central Clearing House and Depository Ltd. (KELER Ltd.), the KELER Central Counterparty Ltd. (KELER CCP Ltd.), the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE), BÉTa MTF and MTS Hungary will be closed. Trading on the BSE or on the MTS Hungary will not be possible on this day.

Please note that since 2 January 2012, MTS Hungary has become the main market for Hungarian government bonds and this market follows the same holiday calendar as the BSE. The settlement cycle for fixed income securities on both the BSE and MTS Hungary is T+2, while equities are settled on a T+3 basis. OTC settlement usually follows the stock exchange cycle, however parties may agree on a different settlement date bilaterally.
Impact on investors: All banks, KELER, BSE, BÉTa MTF and MTS Hungary will be closed on the above mentioned national holiday.
