BSE and Central Depository Announce Systems Changes and Updates on T+2 Migration

Dear Client,

Starting from 6 of October 2014, Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) and Central Depository will implement the project of segregation of the trading and post-trading systems.

In addition, the Romanian market will migrate to the T+2 settlement cycle on the same date.

These changes will enter into force after the approval of the revisions of the BSE Code of Rules and of the Central Depository Code by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The amendments related to the migration to T+2 have to be accepted also by the Central Bank.

 

Impact on investors: Migration to T+2 settlement cycle starting from 6 October 2014 and the separation of the trading and post-trading environment were announced by the Bucharest Stock Exchange and Central Depository.
