Changes in the BSE indexes by inclusion of the SC Electrica SA shares

Dear Client,
Bucharest Stock Exchange Index Committee has decided to include the shares issued by Electrica SA in the following indexes: BET, BET-XT, BET-BK, BET-NG, BET-Plus. The index structure, weights, representation factors, liquidity factors and price correction factors will be calculated by BSE based on the number of shares and closing prices from 1 of August 2014.
The new index structure will be distributed on 1 August 2014 and will become effective starting from 11 August 2014.
Impact on Investors: Starting from 11 August 2014, Electrica SA shares will be included in the BSE indexes
