We would like to inform you that – following the increase of the equity stake of UniCredit Bank Austria AG in UniCredit Tiriac Bank SA from 50.6% to 95.5% as of 5 June 2015 – , UniCredit Tiriac Bank SA will change its legal name to UniCredit Bank S.A. as of 18 August 2015.
The name change does not affect the legal entity currently identified by the swift code BACXROBU or any of the rights and obligations of UniCredit Tiriac Bank SA in the previously concluded agreements.
The headquarters, mailing address, swift and telephone numbers remain unchanged.
We kindly ask you to up-date your files with the new name. Please consider this name change for any future correspondences, invoices, offers, and contracts.
