We would like to inform you that on 22 July 2014, Alexander Nazarov, Head of GSS Russia, was elected to the Participants Committee of the National Settlement Depository with a one year term of office, beginning on 28 July 2014.
The Committee reviews and approves the CSD internal documents, such as Terms and Conditions, electronic document exchange rules, internal regulations, risk management rules, consumer complaint procedure, fee schedule etc.
Impact on investors: The lobbying presence of ZAO UniCredit Bank within the CSD will contribute to further development of the CSD and protection of the investors’ rights.
