Holiday Reminder

Please be informed that Monday, 22 February 2016 will be non-working day and Tuesday, 23 February 2016 will be a public holiday (Defender’s Day) in Russia.

With this regard, CSD, stock exchanges and other market participants will be operating according to following schedule:

Saturday, 20 February 2016, working day

• Regular working day for CSD and MOEX with the following limitations:
  • No OTC DVP settlements with the use of cash accounts opened with foreign banks;
  • No OTC transactions with the use of NSD accounts opened with Clearstream Banking S.A. and Euroclear Bank S.A./N.V.

• AO UniCredit Bank GSS will provide regular services subject to CSD limitations from 9:00 till 16:00 (local time):
  • The cut-off-time for RUB funding for RVP trades is 15:00 (local time).

Monday, 22 February 2016, non-working day

• 22 February 2016 will be a regular working day for CSD and MOEX with limitations set by CBR.

• No depository services will be provided to clients by AO UniCredit Bank GSS.

Tuesday, 23 February 2016, public holiday

• All banks, registrars, stock exchanges, CSD will be closed.

The following schedule will therefore apply to the local (non-exclusive) T+3 settlement cycle:

Impact on investors: 22 – 23 February 2016 will be non-working days in Russia. The settlement of clients’ instructions during forthcoming public holidays period will be executed by AO UniCredit Bank GSS subject to conditions mentioned above.
