Starting from 22 July 2013 NSD publishes the information on FFMS equity securities register updates. This information is placed on the basis of the information cooperation agreement, concluded between NSD and FFMS. It will be published on a trial basis till 31 July 2013; full operation will begin 1 August 2013.
In particular, NSD will publish information about resolutions regarding securities issues registration, cancellation of additional codes, registration of reports on the results of issues etc.
Impact on investors: Publishing the Information on FFMS equity securities Register updates is an important step towards the creation of a NSD-based corporate information center, which will allow reducing the costs of investors and improving service level, convenience and efficiency of obtaining reliable information in accordance with the best international standards.
