The amended Fee Schedule, which was published on KDD’s web page https://www.kdd.si/ on 03 May 2017, will be valid 15 days after published and become effective on 01 June 2017.
The amended Fee Schedule re-shapes the yearly fee for monitoring, notifications and execution of CA in a way that it is divided into two parts:
- Yearly fees for maintenance, execution of corporate actions and transaction management in this regard

The fee will be calculated monthly as one twelfth of the yearly fee upon the average value of assets on the securities account in the particular month. In year 2017, the KDD will charge only 75% of above listed fees (maintenance, notification and execution of corporate actions).
The following fees are new:
- Fee for assigning KID codes amounts to EUR 7,60 for individuals and EUR 78,07 for entities.
- Fee for maintenance of KID codes amounts to EUR 3,43 and is charged monthly.
Impact on investors: Increased fees on the Slovene market due to increased KDD’s fees.
