The prescribed late payment interest rate, valid from 1 January, 2015 to 31 June, 2015 was changed from 8.25 % to 8.05 %. The rate is defined according to the Prescribed Late Payment Interest Rate Act (Official Gazette, no. 11/07). According to the Act, the prescribed late payment interest rate is the interest rate used by European Central Bank for main refinancing operations, increased by 8% points.
Impact on investors: The late payment interest rate applicable to cash accounts opened at UniCredit Banka Slovenija d.d. will be amended accordingly.
