1. Austria:

24.12.2015 – VSE will be closed on this day, however CSD will be open; OTC transactions instructed STP will be settled. Banks will be open on this day providing limited services.

25.12.2015 and 1.01.2016 – non-trading, non-settlement and non-banking days in Austria.

31.12.2015 – VSE will be closed on this day, however CSD will be open; OTC settlement will be possible. Banks will be open on this day providing limited services.

6.01.2016 – Limited support available at the Subcustodian for custody business. VSE and all banks will be closed on this day, however CSD will be open; UniCredit Bank Austria will support OTC settlements.


2a. Bosnia and Herzegovina - FBiH:

25.12.2015 – non-trading day on SASE, non-settlement day for CSD in FBiH. Banks in FBiH will be open.

1.01.2015 – non-trading, non-settlement and non-banking day in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

6.01.2016 and 7.01.2016 – normal working days for SE, CSD and banks in FBiH.

8.01.2016 – normal working day for SE, CSD and banks in FBiH.

2b. Bosnia and Herzegovina - RS:

25.12.2015 – normal working day for SE, CSD and banks in RS.

1.01.2015 – non-trading, non-settlement and non-banking day in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

6.01.2016 and 7.01.2016 – Non-trading days on BLSE, non-settlement days for CSD in RS. Banks in RS will be closed. CSD and banks in RS will resume operations on 8.01.2016.

8.01.2016 – non-trading day on BLSE. CSD and banks in RS will be open.


3. Bulgaria:

24.12.2015, 25.12.2015, 31.12.2015 and 1.01.2016 – non-trading and non-settlement days in Bulgaria, no operations possible at the BSE-Sofia, BNB, CDAD and RINGS. All banks will be closed on these days.


4. Croatia:

24.12.2015 and 31.12.2015non-trading, non-settlement days in Croatia. ZSE will be closed. Early closing in UniCredit ZABA (14:00 CET).

25.12.2015, 1.01.2016 and 6.01.2016 – non-trading, non-settlement and non-banking days in Croatia.


5. Czech Republic:

24.12.2015, 25.12.2015, 1.01.2016 – non-trading, non-settlement and non-banking days in the Czech Republic.

31.12.2015 – the PSE will be closed, no trading will be available. CDCP will have limited operating hours, settlement will be available with limitations. DVP settlement remains unchanged and settlement in the DVP afternoon settlement cycle will commence at 14:00 CET (standard market deadline for this kind of transactions is at 16:30 CET).


6. Hungary:

24.12.2015, 25.12.2015 and 1.01.2016 – non-trading, non-settlement and non-banking days in Hungary.

31.12.2015 – working day in Hungary, the CSD and all banks will be open, however the Stock Exchange will be closed on this day.


7. Poland:


24.12.2015 and 31.12.2015
– non-trading days on WSE; only OTC settlement (except of OTC settlement linked with market executions) will be possible at CSD on these days; the 3 clearing session at CSD will be only FOP and RTGS settlement will be possible only till 15:00 CET. Banks will be open on this day providing limited services.

25.12.2015, 1.01.2016 and 6.01.2016 – non-trading, non-settlement and non-banking days in Poland. WSE, CSD and all banks will be closed on these days.


8. Romania:

24.12.2015 and  31.12.2015 – working- but non-trading and non-settlement days in Romania. Banks will be open on these days.

25.12.2015, 1.01.2016 – non-trading, non-settlement and non-banking days in Romania. BVB, CSD (Depozitarul Central) and all banks will be closed on these days.

9. Russia:

31.12.2015 – is a working day in Russia with further limitations on operations:

  • CSD (National Settlement Depository):
    • Settlement: between 9.00 and 14:00 (local time)
    • Clearing Batches: at 10:00, 12:00 and 13:00 (local time)
    • Other services: between 9:00 and 14:00 (local time)
  • No trading on MOEX is available.
  • AO UniCredit Bank GSS will provide regular services from 9:00 till 16:45 (local time):
    • Deadline for settlement of OTC DVP – 12:00 (local time)
    • Deadline for settlement of OTC FOP – 13:00 (local time)
  • The cut-off-time for RUB funding for RVP trades is 11:00 (local time).
  • Important: execution of clients payments on 31.12.2015 will be processed basing on the actual balances on their accounts with AO UniCredit Bank. Any intraday overdraft facilities will be waived for this date.

1.01.2016 – 10.01.2016 – holidays in Russia, all institutions will be closed with the following exceptions:

  • 4.01.2016, 5.01.2016 and 6.01.2016 – regular working days for CSD and MOEX with limitations set by CBR.
  • 4.01.2016 and 6.01.20016 – depository services for clients by AO UniCredit Bank GSS will be available as follows:
    • Internal transfers within AO UniCredit Bank - FOP
    • OTC settlement within CSD – FOP and USD DVP
    • No MOEX trading service and RUB DVP settlement will be provided.

10. Serbia:

1.01.2016 and 7.01.2016 – non-trading, non-settlement and non-banking days in Serbia. SE, CSD and all banks will be closed on these days.

6.01.2016 – is a working day, however early closing is practicable for all institutions.

11. Slovak Republic:

25.12.2015 and 1.01.2016 – non-settlement, non-trading and non-banking days in Slovakia. SE, CSD and all banks will be closed on these days.

24.12.2015 and 6.01.2016 – are local public holidays, CSD and Central Bank of Slovakia will be open, however only OTC clearing and settlement will be available on these days, as well as electronic placement of requests for services to the registry of securities. All banks will be closed on these days.


12. Slovenia:


25.12.2015 and 1.01.2016
– non-settlement, non-trading and non-banking days in Slovenia. LJSE, KDD and all banks will be closed on these days.

24.12.2015 and 31.12.2015 – LJSE will be closed, KDD and UniCredit Banka Slovenija d.d. will be open and process OTC settlement only.

13. Ukraine:

31.12.2015 and 6.01.2016 – working days in Ukraine, however early closing is practicable for all institutions.

1.01.2016 and 7.01.2016 – non-settlement, non-trading and non-banking days in Ukraine. SEs, CSD and all banks will be closed on these days.

IMPACT ON INVESTORS: Each of the above holidays / non-working days / additional working days will impact on an investor's ability to perform trading, settlement and cash payment activities in the respective markets.
