A new CSD initiative facilitates the transparency of CDCP account structure conditions in Slovakia. By Maria Gelingerova, Relationship Manager, GSS Slovakia
The Central Securities Depository of the Slovak Republic (CDCP) published the “Segregation of accounts in the environment of CDCP” document. Its purpose is to provide a detailed description of the different levels of segregation offered by the CDCP: the level of protection and costs associated with the different levels of segregation, the conditions under which they are provided, the main legal implications thereof and the applicable insolvency law.
This measure is in accordance with Art. 38 Sec. 6 of the CSDR.
