Michael Slavov has joined the Global Relationship Management Team and will replace Beáta Szonyi, who is leaving UniCredit.
Michael has many years' experience in the securities business and has worked at UniCredit GSS, both as head of our business in Bulgaria and, latterly, as head of the Vienna hub (where clients use UniCredit Bank Austria as their single gateway into multiple markets across the CEE region). He therefore brings client and operational skills of substantial depth as well as profound knowledge of our different markets. In his new role, he will continue to ensure service excellence across our business.
During the transition period, Michael will continue to service his existing client base and maintain hub responsibility. At the same time, Thomas Rosmanitz, Head of Relationship Management in Austria and his team will gradually assume responsibility of this role. They have supported Michael over the last years and are well versed in client needs and the complex requirements of our different CEE markets.
We wish Michael, Thomas and his team all success in their new roles in UniCredit GSS. At the same time we would like to thank Beáta for her contribution to her clients' and our success and wish her all the best for the future.
