In July the Integrated Securities Registrar of Kazakhstan (TISR) launched Web-Client, a new service which provides users with real time access to their securities’ balances, account identifiers and fees charged for TISR services through the TISR web page.
Web-Client also allows customers to generate various reports, signed by electronic signature, which will be recognised as equal to reports given in hard copies. Other aspects include:
- account statement is available for all users;
- issuers may get the list of shareholders, information on major shareholders and other information;
- business partners have access to a registry of members, a list of paticipants with particular share of participation, and historical statements.
The service will be free of charge until end 2015, after which a subscription fee is supposed to be implemented.
