Pavel Kandravy has been promoted to the GSS Head position in Czech Republic
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Pavel Kandravy as Head of Global Securities Services at UniCredit Czech Republic and Slovakia as of 1 September.
Pavel has already been in charge of Custody Operations at UniCredit GSS Czech Republic since 2015 and has extensive securities services knowledge gained over the past 18 years of servicing both international and domestic clients.
Pavel started his career in securities services in 1997, holding multiple roles prior to being appointed as Head of Back Office Capital and Financial Markets in 2003. In 2007, he moved to another financial institution in Prague, where he took the position of Director of Operations. Subsequently, from 2009 to 2014 Pavel worked as Head of Custody Back Office, responsible for the custodian services to both domestic and international clients, including back office services for proprietary securities trading and sales transactions.
Pavel holds an Engineer Degree from the University in Prague - Economics and Management and has also successfully completed a 3-year Master of Business Administration programme in the Sheffield Hallam University.
