The Moscow Exchange Supervisory Board approved the Corporate Governance Code, which is a new step towards corporate governance reform.
By creating the Code, MOEX aimed at preparing a document which would be practical and convenient in use for all interested parties. Therefore the Code consists of two parts: the first part describes the main provisions of MOEX trading activity and the system of corporate governance; the second part contains a practical description of specific principles of corporate governance. Much attention is devoted to the relationship with the clients.
