Please take note of the following upcoming public holiday in Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia:

The above public holiday will be a non-working day in all markets, while in some markets there will be additional holidays, respectively non-working days. The below working schedule will apply during the holiday period:

Please take note as well of the below additional considerations:
Austria: On 1 May, only full-STP free of payment settlement instructions could be settled, there will be no in-office support by UniCredit GSS.
Bosnia and Herzegovina: On 30 April, Sarajevo Stock Exchange non-working day only. Settlement in FBiH will take place. This is a normal working day for the CSD in FBiH and for the market in Republic of Srpska.
Russia: i) On 27 April and 28 April, AO UniCredit Bank will be open for business and will provide general client services from 09:00 until 16:30, respectively 16:45. The applicable securities settlement deadlines will be 16:30 for free of payment settlement and 15:00 for against payment settlement, due to the limitations set in respect of cash processing (all times local). ii) On 30 April and 2 May, AO UniCredit Bank will be closed for business, while these will be regular working days for CSD and MOEX with limitations set by CBR. AO UniCredit Bank will resume its activities on 3 May.
Slovenia: On 27 April, 1 May and 2 May, the CSD would be able to process settlement instructions, however as all banks and brokerage houses will be closed, no settlement could actually take place.
Impact on investors: In all UniCredit GSS markets, on 1 May 2018, Stock Exchanges, Central Securities Depositories, banks and other market participants will be closed for business. In some markets, on 27 April 2018, 30 April 2018 and 2 May 2018, Stock Exchanges, Central Depositories, banks and other market participants will also be closed and in these respective markets these will be public holidays as well.
