Following the resignation of Ludwig Nießen, Regina Melzer has been appointed as new Managing Director of CCP.A (CCP Austria Abwicklungsstelle für Börsengeschäfte GmbH). Due to her wide experience at CCP.A and the expertise gained at Wiener Börse AG, Regina Melzer is well suited to meet the economic, technological and other challenges CCP.A faces. Regina Melzer holds an MBA in Risk Management.
Additionally, Andreas Kronlachner has been appointed as authorised representative of CCP.A. He has over twenty years of experience in capital markets information technology as business analyst and previously worked for a Vienna-based software company, contributing to the design of a securities back-office system, before joining Vienna Stock Exchange in 1999 where he was responsible for the implementation of the Xetra® Trading System.
