The Management Board of Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE) adopted amendments to the exchange's rules, which enter into force on 23 October 2014, and treat the trading of temporarily suspended securities, the issuer of which has failed to submit financial and auditor reports.

So far, in the BLSE Rules it was defined that the trading with temporarily suspended securities is possible for a certain period of time based on a written application along with a statement of the potential buyer confirming that the investor is aware of all facts concerning the issuer and of the risks assumed by the investment. The newly adopted amendments eliminate this option in the cases where the issuer has not submitted financial and auditor reports.

Impact on investors: As of 23 October 2014 temporarily suspended securities, the issuer of which has not submitted financial and auditor reports, can no longer be traded.
