The governments of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Romania signed a new DTT on 06 December 2016 which will replace the currently applicable DTT between SFR Yugoslavia and Romania.
The new DTT is based on Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Model Tax Convention and harmonized with the current legislation.
Details of the DTT have not yet been disclosed to the public. Prior to entering into force, the DTT needs to be ratified by Parliaments of both the countries.
