Please be informed that the Securities Commission Rulebooks of the Securities Commission in Republic of Srpska have been harmonized according to the recent Amendments to the Law on Securities Market in the Republic of Srpska published the following rulebooks:

  • Rulebook on Custody Operations

  • Rulebook on Issuance of Securities

  • Rulebook on Amendments to the Rulebook on Professional Intermediaries

  • Rulebook on Amendments to the Rulebook on Reporting and Publishing of Information on Issuance of Securities in Public Offerings.

The rulebooks are published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska no 99/21 and will become effective as of 12 November 2021.

The amendments are introduced to harmonize the Securities Commission regulation with the Amendments to the Law on Securities Market which became effective on 15 July 2021. Such amendments do not have any impact on the provision of the custody services by the banks.
