Central Registry of Securities in Republic of Srpska introduces new ISO standard
In October 2020, the Central Registry of Securities in Republic of Srpska implemented the new international standard for classification of financial instruments (CFI) codes. The new ISO 10962 standard introduced the changes related to open-ended investment funds and money market instruments. In practise, the changes imply that open-ended investment funds shall use Cxxxxx codes within a new separate category as previously, they were registered with Exxxxx codes in a sub-category within the equities category; and money market instruments shall use CFI DYxxxx codes instead of DMxxxx codes.
