Securities Commission in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (SEC FBiH) adopted Amendments to the Rulebook on Publishing the Information and Reporting in the Securities Market. According to the Amendments, custodians will be required to deliver to the SEC FBiH a new monthly report on settled transactions. Currently only brokers were required to report monthly to the SEC the transactions related to custody. From now on, according to the provisions of the Rulebook, brokers and custodians are obliged to include in their reports details on the executed transactions and on the final issuer of the order. Amendments will enter into force on 16 September 2019.
