The Bulgarian Privatisation and Post-Privatisation Control Agency (PPCA) selected the local partnership Kambourov - European Program Advisory - Mane Capital to prepare the legal status analyses, information memorandums and valuations for the privatisation of the state-owned stakes in the capital of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD - Sofia (BSE) and the Central Depository AD (CDAD).
PPCA’s decision follows the end of the limited tender announced in December 2013 and was taken among a total of four bidders.
Impact on investors: The joint privatisation of BSE and CDAD processed has progressed further.
