Monday, 21 September 2015 is an official holiday by decision of the Government
Tuesday, 22 September 2015, Independence Day, is an official holiday
Saturday, 12 September 2015 is a business day by decision of the Government to compensate for 21 September 2015
The standard T+2 securities settlement cycle in Bulgaria will be affected as follows:

- BSE – Bulgarian Stock Exchange;
- CDAD (Central Depository AD) - CSD for all dematerialized securities except Government Securities;
- BNB (Bulgarian National Bank) - CSD for Government Securities;
- RINGS - the real-time gross settlement system for BGN payments.
Impact on investors: BSE, CDAD and BNB will be closed on 21 and 22 September 2015 and no trading and settlement will take place. On 12 September 2015 settlement at the BNB, CDAD and RINGS will take place as usual, but there will be no trading on the BSE.
