On 2 August 2024, SKDD has announced the amendments of Rules and Procedures that have been prepared as part of the process of integration with the financial markets of the eurozone. It foresees the harmonization of processes due to the connection of the European platform for collateral management ECMS, as well as changes and improvements of the existing processes.
By approval of the amendments, it is expected to take effect as of September 2024.
SKDD has prepared changes to Rules and Procedures, which are published by:
- Amendments to Rules of the Central Clearing Depository Company, a joint-stock company dated 17 December, 2021, with amendments dated 23 December, 2022; 24 May, 2023, and 1 September, 2023.
- Amendments to Procedures of the Central Clearing Depository Company, a joint stock company dated 17 December, 2021, with amendments dated 23 December, 2022; 24 May, 2023, and 1 September, 2023.
Along with the amendments to the acts, a brief overview of the articles was prepared with a concise explanation of the amendments to Rules and the amendments to Procedures.
