According to the official announcement on the website of the Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc. (SKDD) website, on 10 March 2017 the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) issued a conclusion assessing the application SKDD-CCP Smart Clear Inc. (SKDD-CCP) for authorisation to provide central counterparty services on the Croatian market as incomplete.
SKDD-CCP intends to announce the requested amendments to the market participants by the end of April 2017 and to submit them within the next six months. immediately informing the public of any received feedback related to new implementation deadlines.
