Pursuant to the mutual agreement between Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) and the Central Depository & Clearing Company (SKDD), the settlement cycle will migrate from T+3 to T+2 on 6 October 2014.
Time table of settlement cycle migration is as follows:
3 October 2014 – Last trading day within T+3 settlement cycle
6 October 2014 – First trading day within T+2 settlement cycle
8 October 2014 – Public holiday
9 October 2014 – Settlement of two trading days (3 October 2014 and 6 October 2014)
Starting with 10 October 2014 as a record-date, ex-date for all corporate actions on the market will be calculated using T+2 settlement cycle.
Impact on investors: On-exchange trades executed on the ZSE will be settled within T+2 settlement cycle as of 6 October 2014 (trade date). Related OTC transactions should be instructed accordingly.
