EU Directives (MiFID II, MiFIR, MAR and CSMAD) have been transposed into Czech legislation.
Recent amendments to the law on Conducting Business on the Capital Market were made to adapt local legislation to MiFID II, MiFIR, MAR and CSMAD.
On 14 July Act No. 204/2017 Coll., amending Act No. 256/2004 Coll. on Conducting Business on the Capital Market, was published in the Collection of Laws. The act will come into effect on 3 January 2018.
The interdisciplinary commentary on the proposal of certain rules for the provision covering investment services began on 17 July.
