The Ministry of Finance published the information that the Agreement on the double Taxation and Prevention of Tax Evasion in the Field of Income Tax between the Czech Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Prague was signed by the heads of both offices on December 12, 2017.
Based on this document, unilateral measures will be prepared to implement the provisions reciprocally. This will mean the necessity of drafting a special law that will also, if necessary, amend the relevant legislation on income taxes.
