The new law has been published today by the Czech Republic Parliament in the Collection of Laws under 191/2020 thus becoming fully effective.
With the reference to the Newsflash published on 27 March, the Parliament in Czech Republic approved the governmental proposal of law that allows companies to organize GSM using means other than the physical presence even in case this is not explicitly stipulated in the Articles of Association of the said company. This option, however, will not be applicable automatically to companies. In order to implement it, it will be necessary for the members of their statutory bodies of the legal entities to issue specific rules on the introduction of the security measures to be taken.
