We would like to advise our clients that new BOD templates have been issued by UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, as.
UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s. asks clients to deliver the BOD not older than 3 calendar years following the year when the BOD was issued (e.g. in case we receive the BOD in November 2020, the BOD will be valid till 31 December 2023).
Current BODs already delivered to UniCredit Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s. remain valid. In case of the renewal, clients are requested to use the new BOD templates.
