Investing into the new digital evolution
It brings us great pleasure to announce that earlier this month the BaNCS system was implemented in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
After many years of planning, investment, commitment and hard work, BaNCS went live in Romania in December 2021, followed by the Czech Republic and Slovakia earlier this month and thus marking another successful step of a multi-phased rollout across 9 markets by March 2023. This significant achievement once again underlines the Group’s long-term commitment to the Securities Services business and is paving the way towards digitalization and continued service excellence across our region.
The roll-out was carefully planned and through diligent testing and close monitoring by the dedicated teams, the implementation saw little to no impact to our clients. These first steps have given us and our partners the confidence that future installments in the region will also see similar success.
