The Czech Republic Ministry of Finance announced that on 18 March 2016 a Double Taxation Treaty was signed between the Czech Republic and Turkmenistan, with respect to taxation on income and property, in addition to preventing fiscal evasion.
The legislative adjustments necessary for the implementation of the DTT will now be followed by both countries, as no detailed information regarding the DTT is available at the moment further information will be provided once it would be made formally available.
