The Protocol to the DTT Agreement between the Czech Republic and Belgium entered into force on 13 January 2015. The Protocol, aiming to avoid double taxation and prevent fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and capital, was signed in Brussels on 15 March 2010.
The provisions of the Protocol, which forms an integral part of the treaty and modifies Article 26 (Exchange of Information), will be applied in relation to taxable periods beginning on 1 January 2016 or later.
